HIgh Plains Ambassadors Interviewed by Local Newspaper

Updated: Jul 24

On July 20, Michelle Cooper, Education Coordinator at SOCOP. Riley Calk of Gaines Co., Kylee Jackson and Allison Hogue of Terry Co., and Macy Downs of Yoakum Co. were interviewed by Eric Horton of The Brownfield News in Terry County. They shared with Mr. Horton the history of the program, how they got involved, what they do, and why they love it and their SOCOP team so much. They were all very excited to have the opportunity to share their passions with our communities and kick off recruitment for the 2021-2022 term!

Reaching out to local newspapers is a great way to share your story and inform others about your goals as 4-H Water Ambassador!
